  • Assistant coach University of Virginia 1974, 1978-1981
  • Co-captain of 1973 University of Virginia lacrosse team
  • Recipient of Dr. Allen Voshell Lacrosse Trophy UVA 1973
  • Most Valuable Player in the 1973 North-South College All-Star game
  • Four-time All-America and Two-time National Champion at the University of Virginia
  • Member of the 1974 World Champion U.S. National Lacrosse Team
  • Member of Four Halls of Fame (Baltimore Chapter of US Lacrosse, Charlottesville Chapter of US Lacrosse, Virginia Sports Hall of Fame, and the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame).
  • Winner of over twenty Coach of the Year Awards (TCIS, Prep League, region and state)
  • Assistant coach 2012 United States Under 19 National Team
